Zhidian Promises “Risk Free” but Doesn’t Respond to Service Inquiries

I bought the glass whiteboard - and didn’t understand that it would come in 2 pieces (their unique “dual-installation”). When I asked how to return it - no answer, a follow up from me - and again, no answer. Then they ask me to complete a review.

DO NOT BUY! Completely Wrong!

I ordered the 48" x 60" glass whiteboard, but what I received was two 36" x 43" glass whiteboards, which is completely wrong! The boards are too big for the wall I want to hang them on. Also, the first few pictures of the product are deceiving and do not show that it comes in two pieces of glass. There are many scratches and scuffs on the glass that do not wash off.
Oh and the included markers and eraser are complete garbage. The markers were severely damaged and crushed, and the magnet in the "magnetic" eraser isn't strong enough to stick to the board.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Nice glass board that's easier to clean

Love this, works great for our home office. It is clean and professional in appearance.. much more so than a regular dry erase board. Good packaging and fast delivery.
