Shipping Policy
Where we ship from
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New Jersey, United States. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders placed on business days are packed and dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Free — orders over $200
- $10 — orders from $100.00 to $200.00
- $8 — orders from $50.00 to $99.99
- $5 — orders under $50.00
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay, so the exact cost is always shown before you place your order.
Delivery times
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days, contact us at zhidianoffice@gmail.com and we will follow up with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before checkout — we are unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, or for packages returned to us as undeliverable.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date with your order number and photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
